Assessment dues increase to $385 per month beginning 1 January, 2025.
- Do not use a shovel to remove snow from balconies with TPO/EPDM (rubber-like product). This may damage the surface, resulting in leaks in the garage. The HOA is not responsible for damages to the surface caused by the homeowner.
