Donala Club Villa Homeowners Association is self-managed by a volunteer Board of Directors. The Association dues "assessments" are $315.00 per home, per month. All homes pay the same dues amount. Assessments are due on the first day of the month and are considered late if received after the 15th of the month. The Association's Fiscal year runs January to December.
